My wife and I highly recommend Champion Marine. We purchased a 2022 Clearwater 2000 CC. We want to express our gratitude to David, Krista, Dave (the owner) and the rest of the Champion Marine staff. We ran into some issues, (not caused by them), but they handled it professionally and resolved it. In fact, the Clearwater factory was having issues delivering the boat to Florida and Dave, who is the owner of Champion, drove up to Georgia and personally picked up my boat.We felt that Champion was always honest and forthcoming with us. It was obvious they value our business. I had called another dealer before calling Champion Marine. They had given me the impression that they, neither had the time, nor desire to entertain the idea of selling me a boat. They acted as if they were doing me a favor! This definitely was not the case with Champion.David (salesperson) and Krista really spent time explaining everything to us, making sure to find solutions to the issues that would occasionally arise. A lot of dealers will stop taking care of you once you have signed on the dotted line! This is by far not the case with Champion. We noticed that the Clearwater factory did not include some of the previous options that we opted to have installed on the boat. I informed Champion and they immediately set aside the time needed to resolve the issue. In fact they are taking care of it as I write this review. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. This is our first, brand new boat that we have purchased and Dave, along with the Champion Marine staff, could not have made this a most pleasant experience! Thanks Champion Marine!
